Sales Associate 2021 – Present
Marketing Director 2016 – 2025
For nearly nine years, Emily Staal served as the Marketing Director at Live Water Properties, playing a key role in growing the brand and overseeing the marketing strategy for every listing the company represented and sold. In 2025, she transitioned to a full-time Sales Associate, bringing with her a deep understanding of how to position properties effectively and maximize their exposure.
Licensed since 2021, Emily applies nearly a decade of real estate marketing expertise to every listing, ensuring clients benefit from strategic branding, compelling storytelling, and targeted exposure. With a background in Agricultural Communications and a lifelong passion for ranching, 4-H, and rodeo, she specializes in horse properties, cattle ranches, and luxury listings.
Her career began in hospitality and tourism, where she honed her skills in branding and public relations at esteemed properties like the Wort Hotel, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, and Hotel Terra. Today, she leverages that experience—along with her extensive real estate marketing knowledge—to connect buyers with the land and lifestyle they seek.
As a fourth-generation native of Jackson Hole, Emily Feuz Staal epitomizes the spirit of the West, with her family’s roots dating back to 1911 when they first homesteaded in what is now Grand Teton National Park. Raised in the legacy of ranching, Emily cherishes the Western way of life that has been passed down through generations. She enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler and daughter Maureen, team roping, fly fishing, pheasant hunting, and downhill skiing. Additionally, Emily continues to help with the 4-H program during the county fair each year volunteering as the local beef superintendent.
