Hunting Ranches for Sale

I interviewed a number of brokers to sell my Texas Hill Country ranch. Mark Harman was by far the most considerate as far as my thoughts on how I wanted the sale to go. Fast forward less than three months after listing, my property is sold, for the price I wanted and to the type of buyer I wanted to sell to. I could not have hired a better person for the job. Thanks to Mark it was a smooth transaction in all ways.

On behalf of Ney and myself, thank you [Brian Hartley] so much for all of your help with the listing and sale of our family’s beloved Ponderosa. We have loved the ranch as our family retreat. Most of our 13 grandchildren grew up with this as our forever family ranch. This was truly our “dream come true”.
