Guest & Dude Ranches for Sale

On behalf of Ney and myself, thank you [Brian Hartley] so much for all of your help with the listing and sale of our family’s beloved Ponderosa. We have loved the ranch as our family retreat. Most of our 13 grandchildren grew up with this as our forever family ranch. This was truly our “dream come true”. As you know, this was a very difficult decision to finally sell the property so we could fund the next 30 years of our retirement.
From the very first meeting with you and through the entire sale process, you have been the ultimate thoughtful professional. You were sensitive to our needs and desires and we could not have asked for a better communication process. Ney and I both were always comfortable with your analyses of our ranch value and the entire sale process.
