Perfect for a group retreat, family getaway or hunting lodge, Wolf Creek Ranch provides an array of recreation. The wraparound deck looks out towards the magnificent Wallowa Mountains and below a sprawling lawn that is both expansive and inviting. Nestled in the aspen trees is a rock fireplace for outdoor cooking and dining. At the edge of the lawn is a two-horse stall barn next to a casting pond frequented by waterfowl, dove and most any other animal in the area. As you enter the gated property from the county road you will be surprised how private this location feels. Trails surrounding the property are utilized for hiking, ATV, horseback riding and mountain biking. There is a 1,100ft grass airstrip on the north side of the lodge for a fly-in, fly-out experience. Just a mile down the road is the boat ramp for Wolf Creek reservoir, a beautiful 230-acre body of water for trout fishing and boating activities. In the winter the Anthony Lakes Ski Resort is just 35 minutes from the property and snowmobiling from your front door up the county road into the Whitman National Forest. There is an outdoor hot-tub gazebo tucked around the south side of the house to warm up with a view at the end of a cold day.
