To the south of the creek is an open meadow which has historically been used for grazing livestock, the meadow itself has the best view orientation, with Teton views to the east and Big Hole Mountain views to the west. To the south of the meadow, the property becomes primarily tree-covered once again as it transitions to the South Leigh Creek corridor. The tree cover here is predominantly cottonwood trees with thick understory, perfect cover for whitetail deer, which have been observed in high numbers across the property. South of the creek corridor there is approximately 30 acres which are in dry-farm production, typically barley or wheat.
