The lower Wind has public fishing access points up and down the river with some of the top fishing located in the town of Dubois. Union Pass Road gives direct access to the head of the Gros Ventre River and other gold-medal fisheries in the Green River Valley. Trophy brown, rainbow and cutthroat trout can be caught in the Green River Valley on the New Fork and Green Rivers.
Seldom does one find a genuine turnkey opportunity such as the Sawmill Lodge. The lodge is in excellent repair with top-of-the-line furnishings and inventory. With a history of nearly 100% occupancy during the peak winter months, there is unlimited potential for summer business and opportunity for success.
