Reverie Lodge on Lost Horse Creek
Details & Features
If you want to live beside cascading water, there may be no better place on earth than this Montana riverfront lodge. The sights and sounds of Lost Horse Creek, a major spawning tributary of the Bitterroot River, inspired the design of the 4,537 sqft Reverie Lodge.  The creek itself is the visual centerpiece of every room of the 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom lodge. The home was designed by Briggs Architecture in Missoula, Montana, with a focus on privacy, comfort and warmth for entertaining friends and family. The open kitchen and living room lead to an outside terrace above the creek which features an outdoor fireplace and dining area equally suitable for entertaining guests at lunchtime, as it is for late-night storytelling by the fire. An upstairs bunkhouse-style room provides extra accommodations for additional guests. On the creek side of the home, all bedrooms feature large double sliding glass doors that open up to the creek. Guests and visitors are lulled to sleep by the sounds of running water and often must be woken up after sleeping through their alarm.
- 4,537 ft2 custom built home designed for entertaining on the creek
- 5 bed / 6 bath with bunkhouse room for grandkids
- Views of the creek from every room
- 20 acres near the Bitterroot National Forest and Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness
