This area of the ranch is mostly hillside ground with dense stands of spruce and fir trees with stands of aspen and low lying level terrain along the river’s edge. Approximately 76.9 acres are platted in the Double Eagle Ranch, Third Filing residential subdivision. There are a total of eight lots within the subdivision averaging 10 acres each, with the main home located on the largest tract of 34.7 acres. The remaining 7 lots have direct frontage on the Salt River, shared access to the national forest and dedicated building envelopes.
