BOZEMAN, MT – Jeff Shouse of Bozeman, MT was recently named Live Water Properties’ 2019 Top Producing Broker.* Shouse represented $28.4M in ranch sales to earn this title among the national ranch brokerage firm’s 26 brokers. One of the most noteworthy of Shouse’s sales was the spectacular Paradise Valley Ranch south of Livingston, Montana, which sold in November.
Shouse has represented clients in hundreds of million dollars’ worth of transactions over his 32 years in real estate. An avid sportsman and 45-year resident of Montana, Jeff brings an intimate knowledge of the country and an understanding of the sporting lifestyle to his work.
